An European metropolis, much like Budapest, struggling with the urbanization challenges characteristic of the 21st century. The chosen fictitious location is situated in the city center, defined by dense development and a high ratio of paved surfaces. Amidst this, an undeveloped plot exists\u2014like a floating island\u2014carrying within it the potential for expansion and development.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Similar to brownfield sites, the current state of the design location is degraded and underutilized. The small, neglected grassy area\u2014intersected by pedestrian traffic and dotted with invasive species\u2014raises critical questions regarding functional deficiency and urban abandonment.<\/p>

Despite its small footprint, the site holds immense potential as a vital component of the city's green infrastructure. The solution lies in the layering of diverse functions, multifunctionality, and attractive elements, ensuring that\u2014driven by interest or curiosity\u2014everyone can find a point of connection.
